We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for flowers, and the ability to create beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements that align with our company's elevated style. This position requires both design creativity and hands-on production skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, private parties, etc., at our studio and on location.

• Assist with installation and teardown of floral installations on-site at event venues and client locations. 

• Condition, prep, and maintain flowers to ensure freshness and longevity.

• Collaborate with the design team to execute event and decor concepts.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient floral workspace.

• Provide outstanding service while working with clients and on-site event staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of previous experience as a floral designer or assistant designer preferred (event or retail floral background a plus).

• Strong knowledge of floral varieties, seasonality, and design techniques.

• Excellent eye for color, scale, and composition.

• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and evenings, as required for events.

• Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude.
