Chef Leo DelGarbino Jr., chef and owner of Leo’s Ristorante
Since 1930, Leo’s Ristorante is a family-run business featuring exceptional food. Leo DelGarbino Jr. is a Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate. In 1982, Leo Jr. and his parents decided to broaden their horizons when opening a small restaurant in the Market Place of Warren, which they called Leo's Ristorante. Here, Chef Leo combined his new innovated techniques of food presentation and preparation with old family traditions of regional Italian cooking.
Due to the overwhelming growth and popularity of the restaurant and the on and off premise catering, the family expanded into Leo’s Ristorante and Banquet Center.
At the forefront of his siblings, Leo Jr., along with Marc and Frankie, are both involved in cooking and management. Leo's cousin, Michael Strollo, Executive Chef and also a CIA graduate, is an instrumental asset with his preparation techniques and creative forms of presentation that represent a seasonally changing menu. Leo's wife, Lisa, takes the reigns as the restaurant's event planner. More recently, Arianna DelGarbino, daughter of Chef/Owner Leo Jr., continued the family legacy by graduating from CIA in 2015.
